Are You Happy?

If you’ve gone to see the latest movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you’ll know that happiness is the theme throughout Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Small spoiler ahead: aside from several characters asking, “Are you happy, Stephen?” happiness is also the primary motivator for Wanda Maximoff, or Scarlett Witch, as the villain of the movie. Happiness is the theme that I wanted to discuss in today’s blog post, so let’s get right into it.

I Did a Boudoir Shoot!

Things I Do to Take Care Of Myself

For a while now, I have felt like “self-care” is a buzz word when discussing social media and lifestyle, but there seem to be a lot of different ideas as to what is self care is and can be. Keep reading to see my thoughts and what I checked out from the library.

Let’s Laugh with a Whole Heart

To this day, I’m very guarded about when I really laugh. If I’m in public, or with people I whose opinion I value, I will typically smile at the things that I find funny, or if everyone around me is laughing, I’ll let out a very controlled “ha-ha” so that I don’t stand out too much. With how forced the latter sounds, I’m surprised that it doesn’t draw more attention to me. It doesn’t feel natural.
