My Thought Progression in 2024

There was a rumor that TikTok would be banned in the United States, but TikTok is still around and I will give it credit for finding the idea for this blog post from there. Specifically, my sister Kimmy did a TikTok post consisting of a photo of her from each month with text of a lesson she learned in the corresponding month. I will preface this with the fact that I have not been engaged three times; this blog post is just my way of bragging about the fact that I am finally engaged. It adds to how wonderful life feels right now. My excitement is so palpable that my fiancé is tired of hearing me say the word fiancé. Spring Has Sprung Favorites

Before moving to Florida where summer feels like a year-round season, spring was my favorite season as a child. I distinctly remember being in second grade, and the teacher was trying to teach us about the basics when it came to polls and how those numbers worked for math class. She went around and asked us what our favorite seasons were, and got very annoyed when I raised my hand to tell her that she missed me because I was the only one that stood up to vote for spring. While it no longer holds the same place in my heart, I thought that talking about some of my favorite things that spring has to offer will give me something to look forward to this season.
