Am I cool enough for a round 2? Probably not, but I’m going to do it anyway. If you’re interested in knowing my answers to some of Vogue’s 73 questions, keep reading.
26. What’s your pet peeve?
I hate the sound of marker on paper. It sends chills down my spine, the same way that nails on chalkboard do.
27. Diamonds or pearls?
I could go either way on this one! I feel like pearls are a very classy look, but diamonds are supposed to be a girl’s best friend.
28. What’s something you notice about someone when you first meet them?
I usually notice how much taller someone else is than I am. At 5 feet, most people are taller than me.
29. What’s your biggest regret?
Saying yes to so many things that didn’t serve me when I should’ve said no.
30. What’s heavily played on your music playlist right now?
Julia Michael’s new album, Not In Chronological Order. It’s so good.
31. What’s your favorite board game?
That’s so hard! I love games. Quelf is so fun if you’re willing to be goofy. Monopoly has a place in my heart because I think of the New Years night where my sisters and I were playing and Damian decided that he would sit on the board.
32. What’s your guilty pleasure?
I don’t feel any guilt in the things I take pleasure in. Maybe I would say that I feel guilty for how my dog must feel when I’m away with my boyfriend and he can’t come along. Does that count?
33. What book did you most recently finish?
Lately, I’ve noticed a pattern of starting books and being unable to finish them. The last book I finished was Chain of Iron by Cassandra Clare.
34. What are you currently reading?
Buy Yourself the F**king Lilies by Tara Schuster.
35. How do you start your day?
Usually, I’ve turned off a dozen alarms for my brain and body actually wakes up. Then I go to the bathroom, get water, go through my morning skin routine and get ready for work. I’m lucky if I have enough time to do this at a steady pace before driving my baby sister to school and then heading to work myself.
36. What’s your favorite holiday?
Thanksgiving, hands down. So much so that when I saw in To All the Boys I Loved Before that Lara Jean and her family have a Fakesgiving in March, I adopted the idea for myself too.
37. If you could raid one woman’s closet who would it be?
I have to say Jennifer Anniston, because she has a closet of classic vintage pieces that she pulls from for special occasions, and I just want to see everything in the closet.
38. If you could switch lives with one person for a day who would it be?
I feel like I would have to pick a man, just to see what it’s like in their shoes. Maybe John Mulaney. Or maybe my dog, just to see what it’s like in his baby brain.
39. What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to try but you’ve been too scared to do?
A pole dancing class, because I have no athletic ability and I’m a bit self-conscious.
40. What’s the one thing you wish you knew at age 19?
That one bad decision does not equate to the end of the world.
41. Besides your phone or wallet, what’s a couple of must-have purse items?
Chapstick, a scrunchie, and cash just in case of emergencies.
42. If you were not a blogger, what would you be doing?
I mean, I still wouldn’t consider myself a blogger, I think that’s still a long stretch. I work as a medical assistant. I also help my parents at a nail salon. I’ve always loved writing and people, so I always wanted to be a writer, or be a therapist of some sort.
43. What’s something you can’t do?
That’s a long list of things that we don’t have time for. I would say I’m not funny. I’m too awkward when it comes to dancing. As much as I love singing, I can’t do it well.
44. Where was the best vacation you’ve ever taken?
I’ve loved every trip I’ve taken to Colorado. I would say that travelling to Europe the very first time was a great experience. It also probably sounds cliche for me to say that I’ve loved all the vacations I’ve taken with my boyfriend, but that’s also true.
45. What’s one city you’ve always dreamed of traveling to?
Amsterdam, during tulip season specifically so that I could watch them bloom.

46. What’s something you always travel with?
My own headphones, because I feel like my ears are awkwardly shaped and certain earbuds cause discomfort for me.
47. Favorite food?
I never know if the answer to this is a specific dish or a type of cuisine. If it’s dish, my favorite is banh xeo, which is a savory Vietnamese crepe that is super crispy and good. If it’s a type of cuisine, I would say Italian.
48. Favorite dessert?
Hands down, creme brulee. I will get very sad and disappointed in you if it’s not the right consistency though, because that is everything.
49. Favorite snack?
Am I having a sweet or salty craving? If it’s sweet, I love the chocolate hazelnut wafer sticks. Typically I’m craving salty though, so you can’t really go wrong with a lot of different types of potato chips.
50. What’s a movie that made you cry?
The Pixar movie Coco. I’m such a child that I love companies like Disney and Pixar, but I also love my family so much. Touching family stories really have a way of getting to me, and then the way that they tied death into it just really hit me hard.
